PERIOD PAIN plez go away

hepp ! ok i'm feeling not well today .. sehari sakit perut yang teramat sangat .. period pain makes me like want to die .. its really hurt like eff .. ohh gosh . i just boleh baring all the time . kalu berjalan or duduk start laa saket T.T ..
